Go to Settings → Integrations and choose Connect OnlyFans Page via FansMetric. Your FansMetric account must already have at least one creator in it — the connection fails otherwise, and that is the usual reason it does not work first time.
Before you start
A FansMetric account.
At least one creator added to it.
The second point is the one people miss. FansMetric with no creators has nothing for Melon to read, and the connection is rejected.
Connecting
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Choose Connect OnlyFans Page via FansMetric.
Authorise the connection.
Pick the pages to bind to Melon.
If the connection fails
Almost always the missing-creator problem. Add a creator in FansMetric, then try again.
If it still fails, check the page is not already bound to another split — a page can only feed one split at a time.
What Melon reads
Daily earnings, for earnings splits.
Cashouts, for cashout splits.
FansMetric is the OnlyFans data source for billing. Where the interface says FansMetric, the underlying earnings are OnlyFans earnings.
Pages that stop reporting
If a page stops returning data it is flagged so you can reconnect it rather than silently accruing nothing. See What does "needs reauthentication" mean?.
