Creator Emails

Welcome to Melon: Onboarding

An onboarding email to welcome creators to Melon

A split has been canceled

Notifies the creator when a split they're on is canceled

Creator bank requires micro-deposit

Notifies the creator when we need to manually connect their bank with a micro-deposit

Split invitation

Received when a creator is invited to join a split

Creator has insufficient funds

Notifies the creator when Melon can't process the full split amount due to insufficient funds

Creator bank is disconnected

Notifies the creator when their bank is disconnected from Melon and requires a relink


Agency Emails

Received when an agency creates a split invite but wants to send it directly to the creator

Notifies the agency when Melon can't process a creator's full split amount due to insufficient funds

Notifies the agency when a creator's bank is disconnected from Melon and requires a relink

Notifies the agency when their bank is disconnected from Melon and requires a relink
