Written by Melon Support

A weekly summary of what Melon charged, collected and paid out across your splits. It covers the week ending at the payout cutoff — Thursday at 19:00 UTC — and lines up with the payout released that week.

What it covers

  • Charges attempted and their outcomes

  • Amounts collected per split

  • What was included in that week's payout

  • Balances carried forward

Why it aligns to Thursday

Payouts are released weekly with a cutoff of Thursday 19:00 UTC. The report uses the same boundary so the figures reconcile against the payout — a report on a different boundary would never match.

19:00 UTC is 12:00 PT and 15:00 ET during US daylight saving time, and an hour earlier outside it.

Exporting

Split-level data can be exported from the dashboard for your own reconciliation — payouts, transactions and deposits each export separately.

If the report and your bank disagree

Usually timing. Money in the report has been collected and cleared, but the payout itself takes a further transfer to reach your account. Check the payout date rather than assuming a figure is wrong, and see How does money move through Melon?.
