The first step to begin using Melon is to connect your bank account. When you log into the Melon dashboard for the first time you’ll see a big green button that says “+ Link Bank Account”. Click that button and follow the steps to link your bank.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the bank account to fully connect to the system. In some rare cases, Stripe may require an additional step, called a micro-deposit, to verify that you own the connected bank account. If this applies to you, our support team will proactively contact you to complete that process.
