Inviting and onboarding additional split participants, either through a multi-participant split or referral split, have a similar onboarding experience to the creators. They receive an email invite and must complete the same basic onboarding + link their bank account.

The key difference is that, because additional participants will receive funds using Melon, they must complete their KYC details during onboarding or in the Melon settings. Once their KYC is completed they’ll be able to receive funds using the platform.
