How to reconnect Chase account to Melon

How to reconnect a Chase bank account when it doesn't properly connect to Plaid

Sometimes, Chase Bank accounts don’t connect with Plaid on the first attempt. In these rare cases, the user must disconnect Melon and Plaid from the affected Chase account then reconnect it in Melon.

Instructions

  1. Log into Chase Security Center with your normal Chase login details

  2. Go to “Linked Apps and Websites”

  3. Click on "Melon via Plaid" and click “Stop Sharing Data”

  4. Log into your Melon account and access your settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner

  5. Click on the “Banks” tab and relink your bank account

  6. You’re all set!
