A list of all of the info we need about your agency to process splits

For Multi-Member LLCs & Private Corporations:

  • Legal business name (eg. BDE Talent Agency, LLC)

  • Business address

  • Entity type (eg. multi-member LLC)

  • EIN (can be found on your IRS EIN Certification)

For Sole Proprietors, Single-Member LLCs, and Private Partnerships

  • Business address

  • Birth date of the agency representative

  • Last 4 of the agency representative's Social Security #

NOTE: In some cases, Stripe may require additional information or documentation. If you're affected by such a situation, Melon will reach out to your team for the necessary details.
