If you or one of your clients' bank accounts becomes disconnected from Melon, you'll automatically receive an email about the affected split(s) like the one below. It will only take a couple of minutes to reconnect the bank account to Melon!
Instruct the creator with the disconnected bank account to log into their Melon dashboard using the login info they used during onboarding
Click the Gear icon at the top right corner of your dashboard
Click on the "Banks" tab and select "Reconnect account". This will prompt the user to reconnect to Plaid. Log into Plaid using your bank credentials.
Once Plaid confirms your account is connected, you're all set! 🎉
