Go to Settings → Integrations, find SextPanther and click connect, then enter the creator's SextPanther email or phone number and password. The connection takes one to three minutes to complete — that is normal, and closing the window will cancel it.
Once connected, Melon pulls daily earnings and backfills the last 30 days.
Before you start
You need the creator's SextPanther login. There is no way to connect a SextPanther account without it — SextPanther has no partner API, so Melon signs in the same way the creator would.
Connecting
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find SextPanther and start a connection.
Enter Email or phone and Password.
Wait. The connection routinely takes 60–180 seconds.
Why it takes minutes, not seconds
SextPanther protects its login with a CAPTCHA, and Melon has to solve it before the session is valid. That step alone accounts for most of the wait. A connection that is still spinning after two minutes has not failed — let it finish.
If you are connecting several accounts, expect them to be spaced out rather than run at once. This is deliberate: signing in too frequently gets sessions rejected.
After connecting
Melon backfills the last 30 days of daily earnings immediately, so a new split has history to work from straight away.
From then on, earnings sync nightly at 08:30 UTC.
Sessions expire
SextPanther sessions go stale on their own. When that happens the account is flagged and stops syncing until someone signs in again. See What does "needs reauthentication" mean? — this is the most common SextPanther issue by a wide margin.
Charge timing
SextPanther has no payout feed, so a SextPanther split cannot charge "when a platform payout is detected." Use a time-based schedule instead — weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. See When does Melon charge my creators?.
